\n Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father, who from ibn Mahbub, who from Jamil ibn Salih, who from Yazid al-Kunasiy, who has narrated the following: \n Abu Jafar -asws has said that once before Islam, the Messenger of Allah -saww , stayed with a man in Taef who served him (Prophet -saww ) well.\u00a0 When Allah -azwj sent Mohammed -saww to people (to give Divine Message of Islam), the man was asked: \u2018Do you know that who has sent to people by Allah -azwj ?\u00a0 He replied: No, I do not know.\u2019\u00a0 They told him: \u2018He is the Mohammed -saww ibn Abd Allah, the orphan brought up by Abu Talib -asws .\u00a0 He -saww is the one who stayed with you in Taef on such and such day and you served him -saww well.\u2019 Imam -asws said that the man came to Prophet -saww offered greeting of peace and accepted Islam.\u00a0 He then asked: \u2018Do you know me, O Messenger -saww of Allah?\u2019 The Prophet -saww asked him: \u2018Who are you?\u2019\u00a0 He replied:\u00a0 I am the \u2018Rab\u2019 of that house where you stayed in Taef in the time of the ignorance on such and such day and I served you -saww well.\u00a0 The Prophet -saww said:\u00a0 You are welcome.

What Can I do for you?\u2019\u00a0 He said: I ask you -saww to give me one hundred sheep along with its shepherd.\u00a0 The Prophet -saww commanded to give him what he had asked for.

[19] \n Rab-ul-Arz for Infallible Masoomeen -asws \n There are several traditions of Masomeen -asws , which state that \u2018an Imam of the earth is the \u2018Rab\u2019 of the earth\u2019.\u00a0 For example: \n \u0631\u0628 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0631\u0636 \u0628\u0639\u062f\u064a \n In a long tradition, reported by Sulam bin Qais Hilali, Prophet Mohammed -saww said: (Ya Ali -asws ) you -asws are \u2018Rab-ul-Arz\u2019 after me -saww .
