Imam -asws replied: It is not necessary for him to climb down the well; The \u2018Rab\u2019 of the water is \u2018Howa\u2019 that who is also the \u2018Rab\u2019 of the earth; he must perform Tayammum. [13] \u2019 [14] \n Here \u2018Howa\u2019 clearly indicates that the word \u2018Rab\u2019 is referred to Allah -azwj in the form of a noun.
