So he -asws said: ‘It would be extracted and paid over upon themselves, and they (in turn) would take something out from it and hand it over to others’.
A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Sa’ad Bin abu Khalaf who said, ‘I asked Abu Al-Hassan Musa -asws about the Saroura man (not having had performed Hajj), performing Hajj on behalf of the deceased. He -asws said: ‘Yes. When the Saroura does not find what he can perform Hajj with for himself.
So if there was for him what he can perform Hajj with for himself, so he would not be suffice from it until he performs Hajj from his own wealth, and it would be sufficient on behalf of the deceased, whether there happened to be any wealth for the Saroura , or if there did not happen to be any wealth for him’.
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Wahab Bin Abd Rabbih who said, ‘I said to Abu Abdullah -asws , ‘Can the man perform Hajj on behalf of the Nasibi (Hostile one)?’ So he -asws said: ‘No’.
