In fact, their asking for help is a mercy of Allah -azwj upon us, by ignoring them, we reject a Mercy of Allah -azwj , since Allah -azwj had Favoured us to relieve a believer for the bounties of both worlds. Upon our being indifferent, Allah -azwj Diverts that Mercy towards someone else and we will be accounted for not recognising the rights of a believer.
