\n It is narrated from Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq -asws that\u00a0\u00a0 \u063a\u064e\u064a\u0652\u0631\u064e \u0628\u064e\u0627\u063a\u064d \u0648\u064e\u0644\u064e\u0627 \u0639\u064e\u0627\u062f\u064d\u00a0\u00a0 refers to that person who rises agaisnt the Divine Imam -asws of his time and also applies to a hunter as well as to the opressor.\u00a0 The word \u0639\u064e\u0627\u062f also applies to the thiefs.\u00a0 So these people are neither allowed to eat dead meat under compulsion nor to offer \u2018Kasr\u2019 prayers during travel.\u00a0 These exemptions do not apply to the above group, which are specifically valid under extraordinary conditions, but will apply to other than them, who if subjected to these condition and take what is forbidden then they will not be guilty of commiting sins (if committed under compulsion).
