[12] \n Therefore, since the \u2018Hukam\u2019 (of Divine Justice) cannot be executed neither the \u2018Hadood\u2019 (Islamic Punishments) as all the governments in the world are un-Islamic and unjust; \u00a0 hence the Salat-e-Jumah cannot be held until the establishment of the Justice.\u00a0 It will prevail, Insha Allah, after the reappearance of the 12 th Imam -ajfj .
