\n Beware that I said this will suffice as performing Hajjatul Islam only for an insolvent person. \n If a wealthy person has already performed Hajjatul Islam and then decides to go for an additional Hajj or ‘Umrah, but misses it because he was hindered in some way or because he was preoccupied with the matters of this world, but goes to (the Ziyarah of) the grave of Hussain -asws on the Day of ‘Arafah, this will be sufficient as having performed that (additional) Hajj or ‘Umrnh and Allah -azwj will multiply the rewards of this act greatly for him.
