Neither commit excesses, nor mutilate, nor be treacherous, nor kill the dying elderly nor children, nor the woman, nor cut down a tree except if you are desperate to it. And whichever man from the lowest of the Muslims or the most superior of them sympathises with a man from the Polytheists, so he is a neighbour (friend) until he hears the Speech of Allah -azwj .

So if he were to follow you, so he is your brother in the Religion, and if he refuses, so deliver him to his safety, and seek Assistance with Allah -azwj against him \u2019.
