\n Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hisham Bin Salim, \n (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah -asws having said: \u2018Whenever a descending (affliction) descends with a man, or a difficulty, or a matter distresses him, so let him uncover from his knees, and his forearms, and paste them with the ground, and let him adhere his chest with the ground, then let him supplicate with his needs while he is in Sajdah \u2019.
