[1] \n \u2018Imam Abu Abdullah -asws (6 th Imam) says: \u2018It (Al-Jumma) was Revealed as: \u2018And when they see a trade or sport, they rush to it and leave you standing.

Say: \u2018What is in the Presence of Allah -azwj is better than the sport and the trade, for those who are pious, and Allah -azwj is Best of the sustainers!\u2019\u2019 [2] \n \u2018Abu Ja\u2019far -asws (4 th Imam) said: \u2018Allah -azwj has Named the Friday as Jumm\u2019a because Allah -azwj Mighty and Majestic Gathered (Jamm\u2019a) in that day the former ones and the later ones, and Gathered what Allah -azwj had Created from the Jinn, and the Humans, and everything our Lord -azwj had Created, and the skies, and the earths, and the oceans, and the Paradise, and the Fire, and everything Allah -azwj had Created, for the Covenant.

\n He -azwj Took the covenant from them for His -azwj Lordship, and to Muhammad -saww for his -saww Prophet-hood, and to Ali -asws for his -asws Wilayah, and on that Day Allah -azwj Said to the Heavens and the earth: so He Said to it and to the earth: \u201cCome, willingly or unwillingly!\u201d They both said: \u2018We come willingly\u2019 [41:11] . Allah -azwj Named that day as Al-Jumm\u2019a , because the former ones and the later ones had gathered therein.

\n Then the Mighty and Majestic Said: O you those who believe! When there is a call for the Salat on the day of Friday [62:9] – from your days in which you have gathered together.
