So how was their submission to what I -azwj had Revealed in you from the merits of Ali -asws Ibn Abi Talib -asws , the brother of Muhammad Rasool-Allah -saww ?\u201d They will both reply: ‘O Lord -azwj of the lords! They befriended him -asws and his -asws friends, and became inimical to his -asws enemies. When they were able they made it known and when they could not, they observed Taqiyya (dissimulation) and kept it a secret\u2019.
