{"id":5050,"date":"2021-03-27T07:48:03","date_gmt":"2021-03-27T07:48:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hubeali.com\/?p=5050"},"modified":"2023-08-25T18:30:33","modified_gmt":"2023-08-25T18:30:33","slug":"prayers-dua-mannat-and-nazar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hubeali.com\/prayers-dua-mannat-and-nazar\/","title":{"rendered":"Prayers (Dua), Mannat and Nazar"},"content":{"rendered":" We have made an attempt to briefly compile masomeen -asws s\u2019 traditions related to this enormously vast subject.\u00a0 A large number of supplications, not included here, may be found in various books dedicated to this subject.\u00a0 For example, Imam Zainul Abadeen\u2019s -asws recommended prayers are included in \u2018Sahifa\u2019s Sajjadia\/Kamila\u2019.\u00a0 Supplications for carrying out specific practices, e.g., before\/after fasting, Hajj, may be found in the articles where these topics are discussed.\u00a0 Hence, this article presents general supplications, with some background and examples of \u2018Mannat and Nazar\u2019, which we usually recite and undertake to commit in our daily lives.
\n We have been asked to pray to Allah -azwj and His Divine representatives (Masomeen -asws ) for all our needs in this world as well as in the hereafter.\u00a0 It, however, makes no difference if one directs his prayers to Allah -azwj through intercession of Masomeen -asws or directly to Masomeen -asws , as we will present traditions later on, but certainly, prayers, without intercession of Masomeen -asws , are not answered by Allah -azwj .
We have added a brief explanation on the latter aspects in the Appendix I.\u00a0 We present below, Verses from the Holy Quran and traditions of Masomeen -asws on various topics under \u2018Dua, Nazar and Mannat\u2019.
