Supplications for children and for a son | Hubeali Skip to content Hubeali Menu Topics Quran Tafseer Books Urdu Books English Books Sermons School of Wilayat Search for: Search Button Home Articles Supplications for children and for a son Details Sidebar Supplications for children and for a son الْمُتَهَجِّدُ، وَ غَيْرُهُ، رَوَى مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ع أَنَّهُ قَالَ: مَنْ أَرَادَ أَنْ يُحْبَلَ لَهُ فَلْيُصَلِّ رَكْعَتَيْنِ بَعْدَ الْجُمُعَةِ يُطِيلُ فِيهِمَا الرُّكُوعَ وَ السُّجُودَ وَ يَقُولُ بَعْدَهُمَا (The book) ‘Al Mutahajjid’ and others – It is reported by Muhammad Bin Muslim, ‘From Abu Ja’far -asws having said: ‘One who intends for a pregnancy to be for him (his wife), let him pray two Cycles Salat after the Friday (Salat), prolonging the Ruk’u and the Sajdah in these, and saying after these: – اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ بِمَا سَأَلَكَ بِهِ زَكَرِيَّا ع- إِذْ نَادَاكَ‏ رَبِّ لا تَذَرْنِي فَرْداً وَ أَنْتَ خَيْرُ الْوارِثِينَ‏ اللَّهُمَّ فَهَبْ لِي‏ ذُرِّيَّةً طَيِّبَةً إِنَّكَ سَمِيعُ الدُّعاءِ ‘O Allah -azwj !

اللَّهُمَّ بِاسْمِكَ اسْتَحْلَلْتُهَا وَ فِي أَمَانَتِكَ أَخَذْتُهَا فَإِنْ قَضَيْتَ فِي رَحِمِهَا وَلَداً فَاجْعَلْهُ غُلَاماً مُبَارَكاً زَكِيّاً وَ لَا تَجْعَلْ لِلشَّيْطَانِ فِيهِ نَصِيباً وَ لَا شِرْكاً. O Allah -azwj ! I have made it lawful in Your -azwj Name, and in Your -azwj trust, I have taken her.
