[1] The name of Sura 26 comes from the 26:224, where the allegation is refuted that the Quran is the work of a poet. \n \u2018From Abu Abdullah -asws having said: \u2018As for the first call from the sky with the name of Al-Qaim -ajfj , it is clear in the Book of Allah -azwj \u2019. I said, \u2018Where is it? May Allah -azwj Keep you -asws well!\u2019 \n He -asws said: \u2018In Ta Sin Meem [26:1] These are the Verses of the Clarifying Book [26:2] (Surah Shuara).

His -azwj Words: If We Desired to, We would Send down upon them a Sign from the sky, so their necks would be humbled to it [26:4] \u2019. \n He -asws said: \u2018When they hear the voice, they would become such as if there are birds upon their heads (standing still)\u2019\u2019.

[2] \n \u2018I heard Abu Ja\u2019far -asws saying regarding Words of the Exalted: If We Desired to, We would Send down upon them a Sign from the sky, so their necks would be humbled to it [26:4] .\u00a0 He -asws said: \u2018Allah -azwj will be Doing that with them\u2019. I said, \u2018Who are they?\u2019 He -asws said: \u2018Clan of Umayya and their loyalists\u2019.

\n He (the narrator) said, \u2018I said, \u2018And what is the sign?\u2019 He -asws said: \u2018Stoppage of the sun from between midday to the time of Al-Asr, and emergence of a chest of a man and his face in the eyes of the sun. His affiliation and his lineage would be known, and that would be during the time of Al-Sufyani, and at that would be his ruination and ruination of his people\u2019\u2019.
