As for seeking the Refuge...

As for seeking the Refuge, you face the Qiblah with inside of your palms; and as for the supplication regarding the sustenance, your spread your hands and raising their insides towards the sky; and as for the devoting, your gesturing with your index finger; and as for the invoking, raise your hands exceeding your head with them and supplicate; and the beseeching is your moving your index finger from what follows your face, and it is the supplication of fear\u2019\u2019.
