The (clan) of Al-Khazraj faced towards Abdullah Bin Abayy insulting him...

The (clan) of Al-Khazraj faced towards Abdullah Bin Abayy insulting him, but Abdullah Bin Abayy swore on oath that he did not say anything from that. They said, \u2018Then arise with us to go to Rasool-Allah -azwj \u00a0until we apologise to \u00a0him -saww . But he turned back his neck\u2019. \n When it was the night, Rasool-Allah -saww \u00a0travelled his -saww \u00a0night, all of it, and the day, and he -saww \u00a0did not encamp except for the Salat.

When it was the morning, Rasool-Allah -saww \u00a0encamped, and his -saww \u00a0companions (also) encamped, and the land had tested them from the vigilance (staying awake all night) which had hit them. \n Then Abdullah Bin Abayy came to Rasool-Allah -saww , and Abdullah swore on oath that he had not said that, and testified, \u2018There is no god except Allah -azwj \u00a0and you -saww \u00a0are a Rasool -saww \u00a0of Allah -azwj , and Zayd has lied upon me\u2019.

But Rasool-Allah -saww \u00a0turned away from him, and (the clan of) Al-Khazraj faced towards Zayd Bin Arqam insulting him and saying to him, \u2018You lied upon Abdullah, our chief!\u2019 \n When Rasool-Allah -saww \u00a0departed, Zayd was with him -saww , and he was saying, \u2018O Allah -azwj ! You certainly know that I did not lie upon Abdullah Bin Abayy\u2019.

He had not travelled except a little until Rasool-Allah -saww \u00a0was seized by what used to seize him -saww \u00a0from the difficulties during the descent of the Revelation unto him -saww . So he -saww \u00a0felt heavy to the extent that his -saww \u00a0she-camel knelt from the heaviness of the Revelation. \n Then there was cheerfulness from Rasool-Allah -saww , and he -saww \u00a0was such that the perspiration was pouring from his -saww \u00a0face.

Then he -saww \u00a0grabbed an ear of Zayd Bin Arqam and raised him from the saddle, then said: \u2018O boy! You words are true, and your heart grasped, and Allah -azwj \u00a0Revealed Quran (Verses) regarding what you said\u2019. \n When he -saww \u00a0encamped, he -saww \u00a0gathered his -saww \u00a0companions and read out to them Surah Al Munafiqeen: When the hypocrites come to you, they say, \u2018We testify that you are a Rasool of Allah\u2019.

And Allah Knows that you are indeed His Rasool, and Allah Testifies that the hypocrites are lying [63:1] They are taking their oaths as a shield, so they are blocking from the Way of Allah.
