Lineage and Family Background Ahmad ibn Musa Shahchiragh was a noble descendant of the (peace be upon him and his family), born into one of the most revered lineages in Islamic history. He was the son of Imam Musa al-Kādhim [1] , the seventh Imam in the line of Twelve Imams, and his mother was known as Umm Ahmad [2] .
