As a social creature he is at all times bound by laws that are enacted to ensure the society’s wellbeing and as such he cannot enjoy unrestrained freedom. Therefore, human liberty is always confined within the framework of laws and regulations. In other words, human freedom is partial not absolute. Common people in a society are not free in abiding by the laws of that society.
In addition to this universal restriction on freedom, there are certain circumstances that to a large extent curtail personal freedom.
