Likewise, if, after becoming a widow, she does not have a job, farming or industrial occupation with which to earn a living upon return from Hajj , she will not become mustati , even if what she has received as inheritance is enough for her to go on Hajj and return. A woman whose marriage portion is equal to or more than the Hajj expenses is a mustati for Hajj , provided she can obtain her marriage portion without causing trouble and difficulty (for her husband).
