Instead, these individuals will be convicted by the Islamic court and the Islamic state will execute the decree of the Islamic judge. Depending on the decision of the judge, one of the four decrees determined by Islam for the muharib and “agent of corruption on earth” [ mufsid fi’l-ardh ] shall be executed.
