‘Ilm’ul Usul’ul Fiqh ) up to the time of Muhaqqiq Hilli in the seventh century A.H. continued to criticize proving of the validity of the common elements in the process of deduction with Akhbar Ahad as a departure from the above concept. We find in the book al-Zari'ah concerning the mingling of Usul’ul Fiqh and Usul’ud Din some relatively abstruse and limited conceptions of the common elements in the process of deduction.
