The Qur’an says: "Those whom you call upon other than God are servants like yourselves (i.e., they have no power of themselves)." (7:194) The Commander of the Faithful, upon whom be peace, while supplicating his Lord in the mosque of Kufa, said: O my Master, O my Master!
