He should perform Hajj in the next year in order that it becomes Halaal for him, or performs Umrah al-Mufradah before the time of Hajj of the next year, or if it is not possible then he should send a proxy. This person should perform Hajj again in the next year if Hajj has been obligatory for him/her in that time.
