Shiavault - a Vault of Shia Islamic Books Tawhid, The Unity of God from the Holy Qur'an Surah al-Ikhlas, n. 112 سْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful. قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ Say: He, Allah, is One. (112:1) اللَّهُ الصَّمَدُ Allah is He on Whom all depend [^1]. (112:2) لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُولَدْ He begets not, nor is He begotten. (112:3) وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ كُفُوًا أَحَدٌ And none is like Him.
