Allah, the Exalted, says: Indeed in retaliation there is life for you. 1ـ اَلسَيْفُ فاتِقٌ، والدّينُ راتِقٌ، فَالدّينُ يَأمُرُ بِالمَعْرُوفِ، والسَّيْفُ يَنْهى عَنِ المُنْكَرِ، قالَ اللّهُ تَعالى: ﴿ولَكُمْ فِي القِصاصِ حَيوةٌ﴾.
And retaliation [has been ordained] as a prevention of bloodshed and the execution of punishments [has been ordained] for realising the importance of prohibitions. 2 ـ والقِصاصَ حَقْناً لِلدِّماءِ، وإقامَةَ الحُدُودِ إعْظاماً لِلْمَحارِمِ. Previous Next
