20ـ عَوْدُكَ إلَى الحَقِّ خَيْرٌ مِنْ تَماديكَ فيِ الباطِلِ.
20ـ عَوْدُكَ إلَى الحَقِّ خَيْرٌ مِنْ تَماديكَ فيِ الباطِلِ. Your returning to the truth, even if you get exhausted, is better than your comfort while clinging to falsehood. 21ـ عَوْدُكَ إلَى الحَقِّ وإنْ تَعِبْتَ خَيْرٌ مِنْ راحَتِكَ مَعَ لُزُومِ الباطِلِ. In adhering to the truth, there is prosperity. 22ـ في لُزُومِ الحَقِّ تَـكُونُ السَّعادَةُ. Abandon the one who has abandoned the truth for other than it, and leave him and that which he has preferred for himself.
23ـ فارِقْ مَنْ فارَقَ الحَقَّ إلى غَيْرِهِ، ودَعْهُ وما رَضِيَ لِنَفْسِهِ. Little truth repels much falsehood, just as a little fire burns a lot of firewood. 24ـ قَليلُ الحَقِّ يَدْفَعُ كَثيرَ الباطِلِ كَما أنَّ القَلِيلَ مِنَ النّارِ يُحْرِقُ كَثِيرَ الحَطَبِ. Speak the truth and you will benefit; do not utter falsehood and you will be safe. 25ـ قُولُوا الحَقَّ تَغْنَمُوا، واسْكُتُوا عَنِ الباطِلِ تَسْلَمُوا. For truth there is stability. 26ـ لِلْحَقِّ دَوْلَةٌ.
Let your refuge be the truth, for verily truth is the strongest supporter. 27ـ لِيَكُنْ مَوْئِلُكَ إلَى الحَقِّ، فَإنَّ الحَقَّ أقْوى مُعِين. One who does not act upon the truth will never attain salvation. 28ـ لَنْ يُدْرِكَ النَّجاةَ مَنْ لَمْ يَعْمَلْ بِالحَقِّ. One who acts upon the truth, gains [from it]. 29ـ مَنْ عَمِلَ بِالحَقِّ غَنِمَ. One who acts upon the truth, profits. 30ـ مَنْ عَمِلَ بِالحَقِّ رَبِحَ. One who acts upon the truth is saved. 31ـ مَنْ عَمِلَ بِالْحَقِّ نَجا.
One who acts upon the truth becomes successful. 32ـ مَنْ عَمِلَ بِالحَقِّ أفْلَحَ. One who fights against the truth is thrown down. 33ـ مَنْ صارَعَ الحَقَّ صُرِعَ. One who speaks truthfully is believed. 34ـ مَنْ قالَ بِالحَقِّ صُدِّقَ. One who tries to prevail against the truth is overpowered [by it]. 35ـ مَنْ غالَبَ الحَقَّ غُلِبَ. One who battles against the truth is ruined. 36ـ مَنْ حارَبَ الحَقَّ حُرِبَ. One who opposes the truth is killed (or thrown down) by it.
37ـ مَنْ عانَدَ الحَقَّ قَتَلَهُ (صَـرَعَهُ). One who opposes the truth is seized by powerlessness. 38ـ مَنْ عانَدَ الحَقَّ لَزِمَهُ الوَهْنُ. One who opposes the truth has taken Allah as his adversary. 39ـ مَنْ عانَدَ الحَقَّ كانَ اللّهُ خَصْمَهُ. One who is not saved by the truth is destroyed by falsehood. 40ـ مَنْ لَمْ يُنْجِهِ الحَقُّ، أهْلَكَهُ الباطِلُ. One who transgresses the truth, his path becomes narrowed. 41ـ مَنْ تَعَدَّى الحَقَّ، ضاقَ مَذْهَبُهُ.
One who seeks honour through truth will be honoured by truth. 42ـ مَنِ اعْتَزَّ بِالحَقِّ أعَزَّهُ الحَقُّ.
