Rule 349: Taqseer must follow saee and it is not permissible to perform it before saee. Rule 350: Taqseer is not obligatory immediately after saee and it is permissible to do taqseer where one pleases, whether near Marwah or at one's house or other place. Rule 351: If a pilgrim deliberately omits to perform taqseer and wears ihram for Hajj, his Umrah is invalidated and obviously his Hajj changes to Ifraad.
