Soon it will come to pass that people will rise up against them. Some of the people revolting will possess hearts like those of the satans [ shayatin ] in their bodies.” Hudhayfah says, “I asked the Noble Prophet (S), ‘What should I do, O Prophet of Allah, if I experience such a period?’ The Noble Prophet (S) said, ‘You must listen to the rulers. Obey them even if they break your back and take your property by force.
