The noble verse was revealed to assuage them. Surely those who believe, and those who are Jews, and the Christians, and the Sabians, whoever believes in Allah and the Last day and does good, they shall have their reward from their Lord, and there is no fear for them, nor shall they grieve.[^7] And in a formal way it was announced that all the people who in their own time believed in Allah and the day of resurrection and continued to do good deeds, will get salvation and for them there will be no grief and sorrow.
