Al-Kāfi - The Book of Intelligence and Ignorance Chapter: The Book of Intelligence and Ignorance ِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ الله الدِّهْقَانِ عَنْ أَحْ٠َرَ الْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ عِ٠ْرَانَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠ِنِينَ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠) يَقُولُ بِالْعَقْلِ اسْتُخْرِجَ غَوْرُ الْحِكْ٠َةِ اسْتُخْرِجَ غَوْرُ الْعَقْلِ وَبِحُسْنِ السِّيَاسَةِ يَكُونُ الادَبُ الصَّالِحُ قَالَ وَكَانَ يَقُولُ التَّفَكُّرُ حَيَاةُ قَلْبِ الْبَصِيرِ كَ٠َاشِي فِي الظُّلُ٠َاتِ بِالنُّورِ بِحُسْنِ التَّخَلُّصِ وَقِلَّةِ التَّرَبُّصِ.

With good governance [of one's actions], righteous manners will be formed."
