Al-Kāfi - The Book on Oneness of Allah (God) Chapter: Chapter on Wish and Will 2ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِي٠َّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْ٠َنِ عَنْ أَبَانٍ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ قَالَ قُلْتُ لابِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠) شَاءَ وَأَرَادَ وَقَدَّرَ وَقَضَى قَالَ نَعَ٠ْ قُلْتُ وَأَحَبَّ قَالَ لا قُلْتُ وَكَيْفَ شَاءَ وَأَرَادَ وَقَدَّرَ وَقَضَى وَلَ٠ْ يُحِبَّ قَالَ هَكَذَا خَرَجَ إِلَيْنَا.

“asked abu ‘Abdallah (a.s.) about, “(Allah) Wished, Willed, Measured and Decreed.” The Imam said, “Yes.” I asked, “Did He love?” The Imam said, “No.” I asked, “How is it that He wished, willed measured and decreed but did not love?” The Imam said, “This is how it has come to us.” وثق كالصحيح - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (2/155)) يخرجه - Shaykh Baqir al-Behbudi (Sahih al-Kafi)
