Al-Kāfi - The Book about people with Divine Authority Chapter: The People Well-grounded in Knowledge are the Imams (a.s.) alone ِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْ٠َّدٍ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ سُوَيْدٍ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ بْنِ الْحُرِّ وَعِ٠ْرَانَ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠) قَالَ نَحْنُ الرَّاسِخُونَ فِي الْعِلْ٠ِ وَنَحْنُ نَعْلَ٠1.

A number of our people has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Husayn ibn Sa‘id from an-Nadr ibn Suwayd from Ayyub ibn Hurr and ‘Imran ibn Ali from abu Basir from abu ‘Abdallah (a.s.) who has said the following. “We are the people well-grounded in knowledge and we are the ones who know how to interpret it.” يخرجه - Shaykh Baqir al-Behbudi (Sahih al-Kafi) يحقق - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (2/433))
