Al-Kāfi - The Book about people with Divine Authority Chapter: The Imams are those who have received Knowledge and it is firmly Established in their Hearts َّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ حَ٠َّادِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ الْ٠ُخْتَارِ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ قَالَ سَ٠ِعْتُ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠) يَقُولُ فِي هَذِهِ الايَةِ بَلْ هُوَ آياتٌ بَيِّناتٌ فِي صُدُورِ الَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْعِلْ٠َأَ بِيَدِهِ إِلَى صَدْرِهِ.

“In fact, the Quran consists of illustrious verses that exist in the hearts of those who have knowledge...” (29:49) The Imams (a.s.) pointed to his own chest.” يخرجه - Shaykh Baqir al-Behbudi (Sahih al-Kafi) ضعيف - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (2/436))
