Al-Kāfi - The Book about people with Divine Authority Chapter: The Imams (a.s.) are the Heirs of Knowledge to Inherit it one from the other َّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْ٠َّدٍ عَنِ الْبَرْقِيِّ عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ سُوَيْدٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى الْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْحَ٠ِيدِ الطَّائِيِّ عَنْ ٠ٍ قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠َ يُتَوَارَثُ وَلا يَ٠3.

Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Barqi from al-Nadr ibn Suwayd from Yahya al-Halabi from ‘Abd al-Hamid al-Ta’i from Muhammad ibn Muslim from abu Ja‘far (a.s.) who has said the following. “Knowledge is inherited.
