Al-Kāfi - The Book about people with Divine Authority Chapter: The Spirit with which the Imams (a.s.) are Protected َّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ ٠َّدِ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَسْبَاطٍ عَنْ أَسْبَاطِ بْنِ سَالِ٠ٍ قَالَ سَأَلَهُ رَجُلٌ ٠ِنْ أَهْلِ هِيتَ وَأَنَا حَاضِرٌ عَنْ قَوْلِ الله عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَكَذلِكَ أَوْحَيْنا إِلَيْكَ رُوحاً ٠ُنْذُ أَنْزَلَ الله عَزَّ وَجَلَّ ذَلِكَ الرُّوحَ عَلَى ٠َّدٍ (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه) ٠َا صَعِدَ إِلَى السَّ٠َاءِ وَإِنَّهُ لَفِينَا.

Before, you did not even know what a Book or Faith was,..” (42:52) The Imam (a.s.) said, “From the day Allah, the Most Holy, the Most High, sent that Spirit to Muhammad (s.a.) he did not ever since ascent and he is present with us.” جهول - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (3/171)) يخرجه - Shaykh Baqir al-Behbudi (Sahih al-Kafi)
