Al-Kāfi - The Book about people with Divine Authority Chapter: The Imams (a.s.) are all Equal in Knowledge, Courage and Obedience َّدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ إِسْ٠َاعِيلَ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنِ ابْنِ ٠ُسْكَانَ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ الْ٠ُغِيرَةِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠ِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ الله (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه) نَحْنُ فِي الا٠ِ وَالْحَلالِ وَالْحَرَا٠َجْرًى وَاحِداً فَأَ٠َّا رَسُولُ الله (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه) وَعلي (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠3.

Ahmad ibn Muhammad has narrated from Muhammad ibn al-Hassan from Ali ibn Isma‘il from Safwan ibn Yahya from ibn Muskan from al-Harith ibn al-Mughirah that he heard Abu 'Abdillah (al-Sadiq) (as) say that Rasulullah (sw) said: "We in the matters of commands, understanding, lawful and unlawfulness are all alike and the same.

However, the Rasulullah (sw) and Ali (as) have their own [unique] virtue.” حسن - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (3/178)) يخرجه - Shaykh Baqir al-Behbudi (Sahih al-Kafi)
