Al-Kāfi - The Book about people with Divine Authority Chapter: Tacit and Explicit Testimony as proof of Ali ibn al-Husayn’s (a.s.) Divine Authority over the people after al-Husayn (a.s.) ِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْ٠َّدٍ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ سِنَانٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْجَارُودِ عَنْ ابي جعفر (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠َّا حَضَرَ الْحُسَيْنَ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠َا حَضَرَهُ دَفَعَ وَصِيَّتَهُ إِلَى ابْنَتِهِ فَاطِ٠َةَ ظَاهِرَةً فِي كِتَابٍ ٠ْرِ الْحُسَيْنِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠َا كَانَ دَفَعَتْ ذَلِكَ إِلَى عَلِيِّ بن الحسين (عَلَيْه٠ُكَ الله فَقَالَ ٠َا يَحْتَاجُ إِلَيْهِ وُلْدُ آدَ٠ُنْذُ كَانَتِ الدُّنْيَا إِلَى أَنْ تَفْنَى.

“What was in it, may Allah grant you blessings?” The Imam (a.s.) said, “It contained all that the children of Adam would need from the beginning of the world until it will end.” ضعيف - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (3/320)) يخرجه - Shaykh Baqir al-Behbudi (Sahih al-Kafi)
