Al-Kāfi - The Book about people with Divine Authority Chapter: The Issue of Disappearance (of the twelfth Imam (a.s.) from Public Sight َّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ ٠َدَ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ عَنْ ٠َّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الله عَنْ ٠َّدِ بْنِ الْفَرَجِ قَالَ كَتَبَ إِلَيَّ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠) إِذَا غَضِبَ الله تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى عَلَى خَلْقِهِ نَحَّانَا عَنْ جِوَارِهِ٠31.

Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ja’far ibn Muhammad from Ahmad ibn al-Husayn from Muhammad ibn ‘Abdallah from Muhammad ibn al-Faraj who has said the following. “Abu Ja’far (a.s.) wrote to me, ‘when Allah, the Most Holy, the Most High, is angry with His creatures He keeps us away from their neighborhood.” ضعيف - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (4/61)) يخرجه - Shaykh Baqir al-Behbudi (Sahih al-Kafi)
