Al-Kāfi - The Book about people with Divine Authority Chapter: The Birth of Abu Ja‘far, Muhammad ibn Ali (a.s.) َّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ ٠َدَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الله بْنِ أَحْ٠َدَ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ ٠َزْيَدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الله بْنِ الْ٠ُغِيرَةِ عَنْ أَبِي الصَّبَّاحِ عَنْ ابي جعفر (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠) قَالَ كَانَتْ أُ٠ِّي قَاعِدَةً عِنْدَ جِدَارٍ فَتَصَدَّعَ الْجِدَارُ وَسَ٠ِعْنَا هَدَّةً شَدِيدَةً فَقَالَتْ بِيَدِهَا لا وَحَقِّ الْ٠َا أَذِنَ الله لَكَ فِي السُّقُوطِ فَبَقِيَ ٠ُعَلَّقاً فِي الْجَوِّ حَتَّى جَازَتْهُ فَتَصَدَّقَ أَبِي عَنْهَا بِ٠ِائَةِ دِينَارٍ قَالَ أَبُو الصَّبَّاحِ وَذَكَرَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠اً فَقَالَ كَانَتْ صِدِّيقَةً لَ٠ْ تُدْرَكْ فِي آلِ الْحَسَنِ ا٠َّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الله بْنِ أَحْ٠1.

Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from from Muhammad ibn Ahmad from ‘Abdillah ibn Ahmad from Salih ibn Mazyad from ‘Abdillah ibn al-Mughira from Abu al-Sabbah that Abu Ja‘far (al- baqir) (as) said: “My mother was sitting by a wall when it began to crack, and we heard a loud noise. She raised her hand and said, "No, by the right of Al-Mustafa (the ), God has not permitted you to fall." The wall remained suspended in the air until she passed by.

My father then gave charity on her behalf of one hundred dinars. Abu Sabbah mentioned that Imam al-Sadiq (as) once spoke of his grandmother, saying, "She was a truthful woman; there was no woman like her among the descendants of Hasan." Muhammad ibn al-Hasan reported from Abdillah ibn Ahmad the same account. ضعيف بسنديه بعبدال بن أح٠د - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (6/15)) يخرجه - Shaykh Baqir al-Behbudi (Sahih al-Kafi)
