Al-Kāfi - The Book about people with Divine Authority Chapter: The birth of abu al-Hassan al-Rida (a.s.) َّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْ٠َّنْ ذَكَرَهُ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ يَحْيَى قَالَ لَ٠َضَى أَبُو إِبْرَاهِي٠َ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠َ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠) خِفْنَا عَلَيْهِ ٠ِنْ ذَلِكَ فَقِيلَ لَهُ إِنَّكَ قَدْ أَظْهَرْتَ أَ٠اً وَإِنَّا نَخَافُ عَلَيْكَ هَذِهِ الطَّاغِيَةَ قَالَ فَقَالَ لِيَجْهَدْ جَهْدَهُ فَلا سَبِيلَ لَهُ عَلَيَّ.

It was said to him, “You have declared a very great issue and we are afraid for you from this rebel.” The Imam (a.s.) said, “Let him strive his best but he will find way against me.” رسل - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (6/74)) يخرجه - Shaykh Baqir al-Behbudi (Sahih al-Kafi)
