Al-Kāfi - The Book about people with Divine Authority Chapter: The birth of abu al-Hassan al-Rida (a.s.) َّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ ٠َنْصُورٍ عَنْ أَخِيهِ قَالَ دَخَلْتُ عَلَى الرِّضَا (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠) فِي بَيْتٍ دَاخِلٍ فِي جَوْفِ بَيْتٍ لَيْلاً فَرَفَعَ يَدَهُ فَكَانَتْ كَأَنَّ فِي الْبَيْتِ عَشَرَةَ ٠َصَابِيحَ وَاسْتَأْذَنَ عَلَيْهِ رَجُلٌ فَخَلَّى يَدَهُ ثُ٠3.

Ahmad ibn Mihran, Allah grant him blessings, from Muhammad ibn Ali from al-Hassan ibn al-Mansur from his brother who has said the following. “Once I went to see al-Rida (a.s.) in a house inside his house in the middle of the night. He raised his hand and it was as if there were ten lamps inside the house and a man asked permission for a meeting.
