Al-Kāfi - The Book about people with Divine Authority Chapter: The Fay’, al-Anfal, al-Khums, its rules and the properties subject to al-Khums 3ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِي٠َ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُ٠َيْرٍ عَنْ حَفْصِ بْنِ الْبَخْتَرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠) قَالَ الانْفَالُ ٠ْ يُوجَفْ عَلَيْهِ بِخَيْلٍ وَلا رِكَابٍ أَوْ قَوْ٠ٌ صَالَحُوا أَوْ قَوْ٠ٌ أَعْطَوْا بِأَيْدِيهِ٠ْ وَكُلُّ أَرْضٍ خَرِبَةٍ وَبُطُونُ الاوْدِيَةِ فَهُوَ لِرَسُولِ الله (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه) وَهُوَ لِلا٠ِنْ بَعْدِهِ يَضَعُهُ حَيْثُ يَشَاءُ.

Such properties belong to the Messenger of Allah and it will belong to the Imams after the the Messenger of Allah.
