Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from Salih ibn al-Sindy from Jaâfar ibn Bashir from Aban from Fudayl from abu Jaâfar (a.s.) who has said the following: âAbu Jaâfar (a.s.) has said, âIslam is based on five principles: The prayer, al-Zakat (charity), fasting, al-Hajj and al-Wilayah.
The call to no one of the other principles has been so emphatic as it was for al-Wilayah on the day of al-Ghadir (name of a place between Makka and Madina.)ââ جÙÙÙ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (7/112))
