Al-Kāfi - The Book of Belief and Disbelief َّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْ٠َاعِيلَ عَنْ حَنَانِ بْنِ سَدِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيهِ السَّلا٠) إِنَّ أَفْضَلَ الْعِبَادَةِ عِفَّةُ الْبَطْنِ وَالْفَرْجِ. 2.

Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Muhammad ibn Isma’il from Hanan ibn Sadir from his father who has said the following: “Abu Ja’far (a.s.) has said, ‘The best worship is to be chaste in the matters of stomach and genital organs.’” وثق - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (8/66))
