A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn âAbd Allah from âUthman ibn âIsa from Khalid ibn Najih from Abu âAbdillah (a.s.) who has said the following: âAbu âAbd Allah (a.s.) has said, âWhen you see a man who is in affliction and Allah has granted you a favor, say, âO Allah, I do not ridicule him or boast, but I express Your praise for the great favors that You have done for me.âââ جÙÙÙ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (8/160))
