Al-Kāfi - The Book of Belief and Disbelief Chapter: Truthfulness and Trust ِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجْرَانَ عَنْ ٠ُثَنًّى الْحَنَّاطِ عَنْ ٠ٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلا٠َنْ صَدَقَ لِسَانُهُ زَكَى عَ٠3.

A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from ibn abu Najaran from Muthanna al-Hannat from Muhammad ibn Muslim from Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.) has said, ‘Whoever’s tongue is truthful; his deeds are clean and pure.’” شهور - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (8/181))
