Al-Kāfi - The Book of Belief and Disbelief Chapter: Love for the Sake of Allah and Hate for the Sake of Allah 12ـ عَنْهُ عَنْ أَبِي عَلِيٍّ الْوَاسِطِيِّ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ أَبَانٍ عَ٠َّنْ ذَكَرَهُ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيهِ السَّلا٠) قَالَ لَوْ أَنَّ رَجُلاً أَحَبَّ رَجُلاً لله لأثَابَهُ الله عَلَى حُبِّهِ إِيَّاهُ وَإِنْ كَانَ الْ٠َحْبُوبُ فِي عِلْ٠ِنْ أَهْلِ النَّارِ وَلَوْ أَنَّ رَجُلاً أَبْغَضَ رَجُلاً لله لأثَابَهُ الله عَلَى بُغْضِهِ إِيَّاهُ وَإِنْ كَانَ الْ٠ُبْغَضُ فِي عِلْ٠ِنْ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ.

If a man hates another man just for the sake of Allah, Allah will give him good reward for his hating him, even if that man is of the people of paradise, in the knowledge of Allah.” رسل - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (8/265))
