Al-Kāfi - The Book of Belief and Disbelief Chapter: Condemnation of Worldly Matters and Abstaining Thereby 14ـ عَنْهُ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَكَ٠َنَ عَنْ دَاوُدَ الأبْزَارِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيهِ السَّلا٠َلَكٌ يُنَادِي كُلَّ يَوْ٠َعْ لِلْفَنَاءِ وَابْنِ لِلْخَرَابِ. 14.

It is narrated from him (narrator of the Hadith above) from Ali ibn al-Hakam from al-Hakam ibn Ayman from Dawud al-Abzari who has said the following: “Abu Ja’far (a.s.) has said, ‘There is an angel that announces every day, “O sons of Adam, reproduce for death, accumulate for annihilation and build for destruction.’” جهول - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (8/285))
