Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi âUmayr from Hisham ibn al-Hakam from Sadir al-Sayrafi who has said the following: âAbu âAbd Allah (a.s.) has asked, âWhat prevents you from setting free a soul every day?â I said, âMy property is not enough to bear it.â The Imam said, âFeed a Muslim every day.â I asked, âIs it so, regardless, of his being affluent or poor?â The Imam said, âAffluent people also desire food.ââ Øس٠- Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (9/130))
