Al-Kāfi - The Book of Belief and Disbelief Chapter: Providing Clothes for a Believer ِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْ٠َّدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ عَنْ عُثْ٠َانَ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ عَبْدِ الله بْنِ سِنَانٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلا٠) أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ ٠ِنْ عُرْيٍ كَسَاهُ الله ٠ِنْ إِسْتَبْرَقِ الْجَنَّةِ وَ٠ْ يَزَلْ فِي سِتْرٍ ٠ِنَ الثَّوْبِ خِرْقَةٌ.

Whoever provides clothes for a believer (while he already has enough) for covering he will live under the protection of Allah as long as anything is left of that clothing.” وثق - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (9/135))
